Beautiful light filled home. Lots of windows and doors that open onto outside areas. Indoor and outdoor showers (both with hot water). Internal fish pond (no feeding required). Bed sizes are actually king size and double size. Ceiling fans in all rooms, but not air-conditioning. Great heating. Fantastic neighbourhood in beautiful sort of area of Melbourne. Close to so many facilities (including olympic size indoor and outdoor swimming pools, gym, pickleball, tennis, etc). Beach is a 10-15 mins. Much less on a bicycle. A choice of three trams at our doorstep. Fantastic neighbours. Double fronted single storey home.
