Cosy and modern apartment in Amsterdam west

Welcome! I’m offering to swap a unique apartment built in 1939 in a green, central, yet quiet (one-way street) neighbourhood in Amsterdam West. It is located right next to the Erasmuspark, a canal, and 10 minutes cycling from the city centre. Setup: The house features a spacious (by Amsterdam standards) living room with office space and balcony on the west side, and a living-kitchen and second balcony on the south. The kitchen, bathroom and toilet have recently been renovated. The walls are thick and the neighbourhood is quiet, so you can work and relax in peace! Amenities: The kitchen has everything you need: a dishwasher, convection oven, microwave, and a large fridge and freezer. It includes a rice cooker, water boiler, french press and plenty of cooking tools. The office desk is an electric sit/stand desk that comes with an ergonomic chair. Entertainment: The living room has a beamer and homepod thats great for 1080p movies (or music). There’s a Martin western guitar and Ibanez jazz guitar with amp to play on. The rooms in the house are equipped with smart lighting. There are also plenty of games and books to choose from. And a personal touch: There’s a large variety of plants, and artwork and artifacts collected from around the world. Travel preferences I work remotely about half of the year and travel frequently with my girlfriend. We prefer one or two month swaps. We are flexible with dates!
