Cozy apartment by the lake

Leaving for Montreal for 5 weeks and looking to swap homes within that period! (Either full or partial duration within my indicated dates is welcome) Medium-sized 2.5br apartment situated in downtown Geneva, just 2 streets away from the landmark Jet d'Eau! My apartment is nothing fancy but it has all the necessary amenities and is pretty much unbeatable location wise for a late summer trip. The flat is situated in the Eaux Vives neighborhood. It is a 5 min walk away from the lake - the nearest beach is a 10 min walk away, right next to a beautiful and spacious park. Until late August, many free activities are happening in this area - shows, free outdoor yoga and danse classes, open to everyone. Flat is very well connected - there are 5 bus lanes on the corner of my street, as well as 2 tram lines a 5min walk away. A supermarket is right across the street, alongside restaurants, bars, bakeries... you name it - within a 5min walk radius. Inside, there are 2 rooms - the bedroom / living room has a spacious king size bed, a small Ikea desk with desk chair, a TV and little sitting area around a coffee table. There is lots of space for shelving clothes. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities - a lot of storage space and a small fridge (plenty for 1 person, about right for 2 - but with the supermarket across the street you don't need to pack food for too long). Both rooms have window / doors giving out on a long balcony. As a disclaimer, furnishing is rather minimal - I haven't invested too much as I am not planning to stay long in this flat. Don't expect anything fancy - nevertheless, it is more than enough if you're planning a leisure visit, and enough to WFH. Wifi speed is great and stable. In the summer and for someone looking to spend more time out than in, the location more than makes up for the lack of lavishness inside.
