Here's the English translation for SwapHomes: Welcome to my home and to this fantastic city! This is a beautifully renovated 3-bedroom property in the heart of Rome (next to Via Giulia), whose furnishings have been chosen with care and great attention by us. The design is fresh and modern, inspired by a geometric theme. The apartment has a spacious entrance with two custom marble coffee tables that I designed myself; the entrance opens onto a spacious and modern dining and kitchen area, perfect if you plan to cook and enjoy having company! The kitchen will have everything you need, including all the basic seasonings; additionally, we ensure there's always plenty of tea, coffee, and sugar, so you can prepare a traditional breakfast in the morning! There are also all the modern conveniences you might expect, such as a microwave oven, electric kettle, and so on. Right next to the kitchen, near a large and bright window, there's a comfortable sofa and an additional armchair available for guests, where you can get comfortable in the evening, relax and put your feet up! A LED TV is also available, although, with so much to see in Rome, I strongly doubt you'll have time for TV! There are three bedrooms in the apartment. The first bedroom is right next to the entrance; it's spacious and very bright, and features a comfortable double bed with soft pillows, LED TV, and an additional pink sofa. The second bedroom is located on the other side of the apartment, right at the end of the hallway. It has a double bed, LED TV, and plenty of space to store your personal belongings, as there's lots of space under the bed. Finally, the third bedroom has a single bed and a second pull-out single bed. It has an elegant private black bathroom, small but very functional. All rooms are spacious and feature elegant welcoming touches. I really enjoyed furnishing each of the rooms, designing all the beds, and choosing all the furnishings with such passion. There's also plenty of space to store all your clothes, with the special golden hangers you'll find in every room. Finally, the property boasts three bathrooms designed in a modern and contemporary style. Two are equipped with showers and the other with a comfortable bathtub, perfect for a relaxing moment after a long day. There will always be plenty of white and fluffy towels and all essential toiletries such as shampoo, body wash, and hand soap, to ensure you have a comfortable stay. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, to keep you fresh for exploring the city or for any business meetings! A crib is also available for my guests. The entire apartment has Wi-Fi network to allow you to stay connected while inside.
