Bring your boat tie up on the property. Visit Oregon Inlet, Manteo Waterfront or Banana Island. Stay and play on the property-TIKI BAR with swings, surround sound, FIREPIT by the water, soak in the hot tub, lay in the hammock while watching the kids crab, fish, or swim or use the kayaks, paddle board and surf board. Enjoy the master bath double rain shower, soak in the freestanding tub with fireplace. Prepare a feast in the Gourmet Kitchen and enjoy a sunset walk to the end of the street. The space Lovell Sun is a property where you can fish, crab, swim, and boat onsite. The property is surrounded by the canal on both sides in a quiet and safe cul-de-sac in a very lovely neighborhood. We have decks off each room except the twin bedroom and one large deck overlooking the canal where you can watch your kids swim and play by the water. Outside we have the New Tiki Bar with six swings (for adults), hammock, dart board, hot tub, large outside shower, NEW 18' patio with firepit next to the water. Fish from the dock or tie your boat up and have easy access to the sound. Oregon Inlet (25 minutes), Manteo (15) minutes, Private Beach (10 Minutes) or just float around and watch the dolphins, sighted more often than not. Bring your water toys or enjoy our two kayaks navigating through the canals and to Jockey's Ridge on a nice day. Want to go to a great restaurant, many top restaurants in the Outer Banks are located within walking distance or a couple miles. Lots to do and places to go very close and best of all, quiet and safe!!
