It´s a modern accesible building, with really nice neighbours in a beautiful and full of services neighborhood. Walking distance from el Retiro and all major shopping area, only 14 mins drive to the aiport. 1 min walk to the metro station and plenty of buses. NO SOFA NO TV though :)
