Small Montreal apartment Groundfloor

My apartment is small but cozy and clean - you should have everything you need. I will be leaving behind most of my belongings in the closet but can clear my dresser and work desk for you. Just be aware the shelves and cupboards will be stocked with items and I would appreciate if you could not use/leave most of it alone :) Particulars: 20m walk from metro joliette or Pie-IX. Neighbours are mostly quiet and elderly. There is a courtyard in the back and a small balcony front and back. Street parking in front and around the neighborhood. I am looking for someone I can trust with me leaving my stuff behind in the apartment as I do not want to go to the effort of packing and storing my belongings for just one month - I will just be bringing a suitcase with me! I’m headed to Victoria to spend some time with my long distance partner and friends out there (I have a little Victoria side life going on).
