Our flat is 60m2 and is located just in front of the beautiful park Schloss Charlottenburg. The area is very quiet and the supermarket is just in front of the door. The flat was recently fully renovated and everything is brand new. Connection to the public transportation is just a couple of minutes away. The flat is fully equipped (kitchen, bedsheets etc). The flat is on the 4th floor with elevator and it is very bright. in the living room there is a 65" TV and huge sofa (can be a bed as well).
