Charming Studio in the Heart of Seville, right in the city centre. Ideal for Remote Work and City Living Welcome to our cozy and well-equipped studio located right in the vibrant heart of Seville, Spain. Perfectly suited for remote workers, couples, or solo travelers, this comfortable space offers the perfect blend of convenience, functionality, and authentic Andalusian charm. The studio is compact but smartly designed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It features a double bed, wide and fully equipped kitchen (with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, cerámica hob, kettle, iron, washining machine, all the necessary utensils and air dryer), a small dining area, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. There’s also air conditioning for both heating and cooling, ensuring comfort year-round. One of the standout features is the ultra-fast 1Gb fiber optic internet, making it an ideal space for remote work, video calls, streaming, and any high-bandwidth activity. Whether you're a digital nomad or just need to stay connected during your travels, this place is fully work-ready. Location-wise, it doesn’t get much better. The apartment is situated between la Calle Sierpes and Alameda de Hércules (just 1 minute's walk), one of the liveliest and most culturally rich areas in Seville. You’ll be surrounded by cafes, tapas bars, independent shops, galleries, and local markets. The historic city centre (in fact, we are in the city centre) is right at your doorstep, and the Guadalquivir River is just a 10-minute walk away – perfect for evening strolls or morning -. Despite being in the center, the street is relatively quiet and residential, giving you a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. No need for a car – everything is within walking distance, including public transport if needed. We are two professionals who occasionally work remotely and enjoy discovering new cultures and cities through house swaps. We take great care of the homes we stay in and will treat yours with the same respect and attention we give our own. We’re currently looking for a swap of for 1 week in France, England, Scotland, Amsterdam, Praha, but we could extend our stay to Up to 3 weeks in England or Paris. We're flexible with dates and happy to align calendars where possible. If you're interested in discovering Seville from a local’s perspective, we’d love to hear from you.
