A little bit of Bliss by the Beach, Sunshine Coast

Our small, single-storey and older home is in a v quiet, tucked away neighbourhood, 10mins walk to the glorious Marcus Beach, and 15 mins by car either to Noosa Beach or Coolum Beach. There are 2 bedrooms en-suite, the main has a shower & own loo, the other bedroom has a bathroom with shower & bath. There is a seperate "guest loo" as well. Due to rennovations, am closing the main bedroom & ensuite. We have patios front and back, shaded by awnings and umbrellas. 2x learner mal surf-boards, flippers, boogy board, plus teeny weeny beach car (Toyota Carolla) to zoom around in. Our house has a no-fuss bush garden front and back, but appreciated if you could help water a few plants if its a dry spell. We are also on the cusp of the Lake Weyba National Park for lovely pm walks, and also very close to all other Noosa tourist spots. There are x2 bikes (1x mountain,1x older fold-bike+basket) to peddle down to Peregian Beach cafes, shops, supermarket and Sunday market. We have no pool onsite, as the "ocean is your pool", with pick of the beaches (Eastern side: Marcus, Peregian, Sunrise, Sunshine, or Coolum or Northern-facing: Noosa beach) is on our doorstep or a very short drive away! Full wifi, TV, all kitchen and laundry amnenities to use as you would your home, respectfully keeping things clean and well ordered. As we usually work from home - we have a separate study and desk, with plug-in 2 big screens for your laptop. BBQ outside as well if you feel like it. Have a double garage for our 1x car, and you can use ours (if licenced or have Int'l lic) or hire your own....but request no "long" trips to Brisbane as it's not really robust enough and used as our family "beach-buggy"! Going away May 22- June 20, would love to swap with someone owning a flat/apmt/house in Tokyo/Japan (travelling solo). I used to live in Tokyo for 15yrs+ so familiar with all areas & fluent in Japanese. If you are coming from Europe, happy if you can stay 90% of my time away. Also OK if you stay-on longer, after I have returned - if you want an insider local vibe! Cannot do a reciprocal swap w Europe now, prefer to take that up later in the next few years, if possible!!
