Cosy and sunny art and pole dance studio in a lovely neighbourhood. The apartment has 1 bedroom with double bed and a convertible couch in the living room where 2 more people can sleep comfortably. The Wi-Fi works very well. The kitchen and bathroom are small and have minimal equipment: - Kettle - Rice cooker - Stove -Fridge and freezer - Shower - Dyson airwrap hairdryer (for regular hair drying, curls and blowouts) The apartment is perfectly located on a cute square with everything you need. Things down the building on the square : - Subway station - Supermarket - Farmers market on Wednesdays and Saturdays - Pharmacy - 2 bakeries, 2 wine merchant, 1 cheesemonger, 1 butcher, 1 bar “terrasse” to enjoy your morning coffee in the sun - Streetfood until 2 am if you come back late - The smaller corner shop in town (but surprisingly with everything you need including alcohol, earphones, chargers etc.) Things to enjoy around the apartment: - Famous Père Lachaise cemetery (5 minutes walk) - Famous “La Campagne à Paris” micro neighbourhood where former President lives (1 minute walk) - Cinéma (5 minutes walk) - Hidden garden restaurant (2minutes walk) With the subway you are at approximately 15 to 30 minutes from the main tourist attractions. I will be happy to share with you my personal google map of all the coolest places in town so you can enjoy Paris like a real Parisian 😊 If you are an artist or a pole dancer you are welcome to use my pole and brushes, but reasonably and only if you know what you are doing ). Also, note that the apartment has lots of ancient and original art pieces. They are here for your enjoyment but like in museums, please don’t touch them. Just one thing : my downstairs neighbour is an old lady so parties are not allowed. Please respect her peace as I do myself
