2-Bedroom Apartment Near the Beach in Poblenou Welcome to our cozy apartment, just a 7-minute walk from one of Barcelona’s best beaches in Poblenou. If you want to practise surfing, scuba diving, volleyball or kite, you are just few mins away. The area is packed with different parks and playgrounds for kids and the city center is only 15 minutes away by bike, and the metro is just 4 minutes from the door. Across the street, you’ll find Lidl, and within 5 minutes Mercadona and Bonpreu. There are also gyms, pharmacies, the shopping mall Diagonal Mar (from one side just a short walk away), and from the other the mall in Glories. Everything you need is right at hand. Our home is a charming ~60m² apartment, ideal for up to 4 guests. It has two bedrooms (one with a 160x200 bed and the other with a 150x190), plus a sofa bed. For those who need to work remotely, there are two desks: one with an electric standing desk, a monitor, and an ergonomic office chair, and the other a simple desk with a chair. We’ve also installed a water filter on the sink, small detail but important considering the quality of water in Barcelona (so no need to buy bottles) aaand an AC which is a big plus as in BCN most of the apartments offer just a fan. The apartment is perfect whether you’re working from home or just here to relax and enjoy Barcelona. You’ll have all the essentials for a comfortable stay: a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi in cozy living area. Step outside and you’re surrounded by artisan cafés, local markets, shops, and leafy boulevards, with the sea just down the street. It’s the perfect spot to experience Barcelona’s creative, authentic side while staying close to the beach.
