My apartment is in Vienna’s 15th district, just a 5-minute walk from Westbahnhof and right next to Mariahilfer Straße — one of the city’s most famous shopping streets. You can get to the city center in no time, and even Schönbrunn is just around the corner. The flat is tucked inside the Brauhof — a former brewery that now houses a hotel, restaurant, and residential building. Once you’ve climbed up to the 4th floor (no elevator, so you’ll get your daily workout in), you’ll find a bright, cozy, and friendly apartment with a spacious kitchen, a combined living/sleeping/working area, and a large bathroom.
