Surrounded by Bukseoul Dream Forest, Odong Park, Aegibong Neighborhood Park, and nearby mountain trails, it is an ideal place for walking, light exercise, and relaxing in all four seasons. From the house, you can enjoy open views of the city and mountains — snowy landscapes in winter and beautiful autumn foliage in fall. The home is located on the 2nd floor of a 4-story building and features a balcony with excellent sunlight and ventilation, making the space bright and comfortable. Although the building is not new, the interior and exterior are well maintained, clean, and tidy. The bedroom is quiet and minimal, designed for restful sleep. There is also a small dining area and a room styled with a cozy camping concept, perfect for relaxation or a unique stay experience.
