Old Town NIce- 4 min walk to everything!

We are an LGBT couple looking to swap our home in Nice for your Central Amsterdam flat. We have two times we'd love to be in town this year. 1. Kings Day weekend, (Around April 18-May 2), while the tulips are in bloom (For a minimum of 2 people) as I am an avid horticulturalist. 2. World Pride July 24- Aug 9. - For minimum of four people. We are willing to adjust the length of time as needed as we work remotely from 19H to 0H. We could also do whole months, before option 1, after option 2. Our apartment is as follows: This premier étage apartment is designed in Rococo modern, and has all the features you are looking for your extended stay. This two-bedroom one-bath apartment has everything to make your stay comfortable: a washer, dryer, air conditioning, dishwasher, and a balcony. We are walking distance from the beach and the hustle and bustle of Old Town, but high enough on the hill not to hear it, an oasis in the city. We actually have four different work station options that ar not the kitchen table, you'll love working here, and then the 2 minute walk to your fresh croissants.
