MY HOME IN MILAN Welcome to my charming apartment in the heart of Milan! Located in a beautiful historic building from the 1920s, my home has been recently renovated to combine classic Italian architecture with modern comfort. This is my cozy retreat in one of Milan's most connected neighborhoods, and I'm excited to share it with fellow home swappers. THE APARTMENT My home is a complete 2-bedroom apartment that comfortably accommodates up to 2 guests. I've designed the space to be both functional and inviting, with an emphasis on cleanliness and order. Bedrooms The master bedroom has a double bed with a quality mattress, while the second bedroom offers a single bed - perfect for a solo traveler, child, or as a home office. Both rooms have plenty of natural light and traditional radiators. Note that windows face a fairly busy street, so light sleepers might want earplugs. Living & Dining Area My open-concept living and dining space features a beautiful round dining table and comfortable sofa. The gorgeous traditional Italian patterned floor tiles add character and charm. The room gets lovely natural light throughout the day. Kitchen The modern kitchen is fully equipped with four electric burners, a full oven, and everything you need for home cooking - pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and all the essentials. Bathroom One full bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, and hairdryer. Clean, functional, and compact as typical in central Milan apartments. KEY AMENITIES Fast Wi-Fi with dedicated workspace Air conditioning TV and washing machine Complete kitchen Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors Pet-friendly! THE NEIGHBORHOOD My apartment is in one of Milan's most convenient locations, perfectly positioned for exploring the city. Transportation Milano Centrale train station is just 5 minutes walking - giving you direct access to high-speed trains throughout Italy and international connections. The Milano Centrale metro station (Green and Yellow lines) is equally close. Right in front of my building, the historic Tram 10 stops and takes you to Milan's city center in just 10 minutes. Local Area Within easy walking distance you'll find excellent supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, pharmacies, and all essential services. The neighborhood has an authentic Milanese character - not overly touristy, so you'll experience real daily life in Milan. It's safe, well-lit at night, and maintains that classic Milanese elegance.
