A nice escape in one of DC’s trendiest neighborhoods (14th and U). On the top floor, this apartment feels tucked away but connected — you’re surrounded by cafés, restaurants, parks, and live music, but can retreat to peaceful bedrooms and an airy work space any time. With central heating & cooling, a full washer/dryer, two true bedrooms + an office, and a classic fire escape perfect for plants or a little morning sunshine, it’s city living with space to unwind.
Dc is also a 4 hour train ride to NYC. I often hop onto the Amtrak for a weekend getaway into NYC and love coming back to my cute, quieter city.
I would like to swap sometime in spring, and that’s when we have cherry blossoms in DC!
Happy to also offer my truck that is parked in a garage nearby. It can fit two comfortably - note it is manual.
