Welcome to Mérida.
A quiet home right in the city center, designed so you can work comfortably and live better: turn on your computer, get things done, and when you close the screen, step outside and find yourself directly in the heart of the city.
There’s no elevator, but you can easily order groceries online. There’s also no private parking, though you won’t miss it—being in the center means everything is close: services, urban life, leisure areas, and Mérida’s historic core. All within walking distance.
Mérida is also a perfect base for exploring Extremadura: Badajoz, Cáceres, the Portuguese border, Plasencia, the dehesa… even Lisbon is within reasonable reach.
The apartment has three rooms:
1. A main bedroom with a double bed.
2. A small bedroom, ideal for guests or flexible use.
3. An independent office with a monitor and a quiet, comfortable workspace.
It also features a bright living room with a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, and an interior patio.
It’s a very peaceful and pleasant place to live and work. Winters can be cold, so heaters are recommended. Summers are warm, so fans and air conditioning are suggested.
