The condo overlooks Laurel Park Green. It is steps from new Ecusta Trail (for biking and walking). The condo is steps away walkable from a great coffee shop and a short walk to breweries and restaurants and stores. Some of best hikes and waterfalls in western NC are 20 minutes away. The condo is ten minutes from Jump Off Rock. It is also salkable to Hendersonville's beloved Main Street, with many restaurants and cute shops. It is 20-30 minutes to Asheville, close to the airport and Biltmore House. It is about 40 minute drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway. The spacious condo is on the second floor. It is quiet, with nice neighbors. No partying or loud noise allowed. Otherwise, the condo can easily accommodate a couple or small family.
