Nice home in a perfect SF Bay Area location

Clean & cozy single story, ranch-style home in a friendly, suburban neighborhood with a lovely back yard and sparkling jacuzzi/hot tub to wind down the day! Perfectly located half way between San Francisco and the wine country in beautiful Marin County, CA., 15 minutes north of the Golden Gate Bridge. Easy access to hiking, beaches, shopping & restaurants. Wireless and hard-wire connections available at top speeds for remote workers. Great for couples or families or those flying solo. IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a semi-share situation. I have a traveling nurse who stays here in the third bedroom after her working night shifts (7pm to 7am - appx. 3 days a week). She's responsible, kind & quiet and stays in her room almost exclusively just to sleep after her shift (she wears ear plugs so no need to tiptoe around) - then goes back to her home for the rest of the week. This may be a non-starter for some, but if you really like my house - and I promise you will :-) - she's pretty great and honestly you'll barely know she's here.
