Historic Berlin Apartment

We are renting out our bright old apartment directly at Frankfurter Tor from mid January 12.01. to mid February 20.02. while we are traveling. It is ideal for a couple (unfortunately not for a shared flat, as there is only one bedroom). Two people can also work very well from home, as we have two separate workspaces in different rooms. Kitchen: Everything you need (oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and freezer, etc.) Bathroom: Separate toilet, shower/bathtub, washing machine Living room: Large, bright room with a big sofa & projector Dining room: Large dining table with workspace including a monitor Bedroom: 1.80m bed, large wardrobe, and a second workspace (also with a separate monitor) The apartment is located right at Frankfurter Tor. It’s a 1-minute walk to Bersarinplatz (M10 tram stop) and a 5-minute walk to the U5 Frankfurter Tor station. Shopping options (Edeka, Lidl, Aldi) are each reachable within 2 minutes by bike. The street has several cafés and restaurants, and it’s a 15-minute walk to Boxhagener Platz in Friedrichshain. Despite the central location, it is relatively quiet overall, especially in the bedroom (which faces the courtyard).
