Vienna calling: Green oasis in the city centre

What you will love about this home Our apartment is very spacious - 85m2 big, 3 rooms, offers a balcony and is modern and well equipped. You'll find a shower (which is also a really comfy bathtub), a dryer, washing machine, and even an air conditioner so you'll be feeling well temperatured at all times :-) With a luxurious box spring bed, king-sized (180x200), a comfy sleeping couch (145x210) and a small sofa (85x185) - so there is space for up to 5 people. It is located in the 2nd floor and reachable with elevator. It's very close to the CITY CENTER / main sights and public transport, but still in a quiet street so you won't have to put up with a lot of noise. You are at basically every sight in under 30 minutes, most of them are reachable within 15 minutes, even by foot! There is also the really nice balcony in a quiet and green surrounding. What you will love in the neighborhood The apartment is located in the 5th district, Margareten. It is based in a quiet area where many families live but you are also very close to the famous Mariahilferstraße and other sights, which is either via public transport or even by foot easily reachable! So it has the best of both worlds :) Additional information **Vienna Highlights nearby** BELVEDERE PALACE & MUSEUM: Reachable in under 20 minutes, you could even walk there in around 30 minutes :) KARLSPLATZ & KARLSKIRCHE: One of the most important points in Vienna, from which you can go by public transport anywhere. You'll be there in under 15 minutes, its just 2 underground stations away. Or you take a stroll for a bit over 20 minutes. Doing that, you could stop by the famous NASCHMARKT: Reachable in around 15 minutes by foot or public. You find a variety of exotic foods, drinks, bars & restaurant. SCHÖNBRUNN PALACE: Also called "Sissi's castle", where the famous empress Elisabeth lived. 20 minutes away. MARIAHILFERSTRASSE: The most famous shopping street in Vienna. 15 minutes away, you can walk there. MUSEUMSQUARTIER: A wide variety of different museums with spectacular architecture. 20 minutes.
