Charming cozy studio in Brooklyn Heights

My apartment is so special to me! I am in the perfect neighborhood of Brooklyn Heights, which means tree-lined streets, brownstones, quiet blocks and a short walk to the Promenade and the Brooklyn Bridge Park/DUMBO. The neighborhood is extremely safe and welcoming and I am next to almost every train (A/C, 2/3, R, 4/5, etc.). My studio is nestled on the top floor of a gorgeous brownstone. It is the perfect size for just me, but it may be able to fit a couple as well. It has sufficient lighting, enough space for yoga/home workouts and a full kitchen separate from the living space and well as a full spacious bathroom with a skylight! There are no pets or children allowed here unfortunately. All neighbors are kind and we like to be respectful by no late night partying. I am on the 5th floor which means quite the walk up, but you get used to it! I feel so cozy and safe in here and feel that you will as well :) Last rule, you must keep my plant babies alive!
