Warm and spacious flat in nice neighbourhood

It’s a very safe and historic neighbourhood with lots of beautiful old buildings. The location is ideal because with the metro and train just 2min away you can be quickly at any part of the city. There are lots of great cafés and restaurants nearby and all kinds of shops in walking distance. Another perk is that all the big lakes in the south west are very close so in summer you can have a quick swim or in the colder months a beautiful walk around. The flat is a classic Berlin Altbau with beautiful wooden floors and stucco on the ceilings. We have three rooms: a big living room with dining table and couch, a bedroom with king size bed and a studio with two desks and a very comfortable sleeping couch.
