Nice apartment in the middle of Helsinki

Beautiful spacious apartment in an old house in the city center. Two large bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. The only apartment on this floor (4th floor with an elevator). Quiet location, only 10 minutes walk to the train station and Oodi. 15 minutes to the beach in the summer. There has been a cat in the apartment (she can be here if you can take care of her but I can take her also to my friend), so allergy sufferers should take this into account. We are happy to take care of your pet if needed ( I have had 4 dogs and 4 cats and also love other animals). The car can be arranged as part of the exchange. No parties, maximum number of people 6. Ok wifi, TV with streaming services. We have done swaps before and we will take good care of your place. A deposit of 200 euros is required, which will be refunded if the apartment is in the same condition and the exchange has been carried out as agreed. Near by you can find lot of culture, architecture, museum, saunas, restaurants, cafes, drift shops, shopping mall ect. Easy to visit Estonia (Tallinn), ships goes many times a day!
