This ground-floor maisonette apartment is located at the edge of the lively Altona-Ottensen neighborhood, close to cafés, shops, and culture, yet pleasantly quiet. Public transport is right outside the door: buses take you directly to St. Pauli, Sternschanze, and the city center within minutes. The apartment features underfloor heating and real wooden floors throughout. On the lower level, you’ll find an open living room with kitchen, plus a small bathroom. Upstairs are the bedroom, a children’s room, and a larger bathroom with a bathtub. The building also offers a spacious shared rooftop terrace with a playground and urban gardening, as well as an inner courtyard that can be accessed via the terrace, a rare green retreat in the city. The kitchen is equipped with a high-quality espresso machine (portafilter). A filter coffee machine is also available upon request. The apartment is our lived-in home, shared by me and my young son.
