Our home is a light-filled, comfortable three-bedroom house in a friendly, child-safe neighbourhood in Dublin 7, just off the Navan Road and a five-minute walk from the Phoenix Park. The house has three bedrooms, one bathroom, and a separate toilet, making it ideal for families, couples, multiple couples, or remote workers. It’s a very functional and welcoming home, set up for real everyday living rather than just short stays. One of the highlights is the large, private back garden, perfect for relaxing or playing, complete with a trampoline. The house is extremely child-friendly, with a dedicated playroom full of toys and books, and a fireplace that makes the living space especially cosy. Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. We’re five minutes from the Phoenix Park, with excellent public transport links to the city centre and beyond. There is a great selection of pubs, restaurants, and cafés all within walking distance, as well as a convenience store and bakery at the end of the road. Supermarkets, a pharmacy, and other amenities are also close by. Within 30 minutes, you can be at the beach or hiking in the mountains, while still enjoying the benefits of a quiet, residential area. The house has strong, reliable internet, making it ideal for remote work, and a driveway for parking. Overall, it’s a comfortable, practical, and family-friendly home in a fantastic Dublin location—perfect for a house swap and for living like a local.
