Cozy modern apartment in Gracia

We live in the heart of Gràcia, my absolute favorite area in Barcelona. It’s a vibrant yet relaxed neighborhood with a strong local vibe, full of charming cafés, great restaurants, artisan bakeries, and colorful fruit shops just around the corner. Everything you need is within walking distance, and the area feels authentic, creative, and very much lived-in by locals rather than tourists. Our home is bright and modern, with high ceilings and large windows that fill the space with natural light. There’s a cozy balcony for morning coffee or relaxed evenings, and an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with essentials like a dishwasher, washing machine, and coffee maker. The apartment is perfect for remote work, offering fast, reliable internet and comfortable workspaces. It’s a functional yet welcoming space, ideal for both exploring the city and settling into a productive, relaxed routine.
