The flat’s in one of the oldest and therefore historically richest area of the city. It's central and all the touristically interesting as well as business-affiliated localities are easily reachable. The Isar, munich‘s well known park (Englischer Garten) as well as the old town / city centre (Marienplatz) are all places reachable within 10 minutes. A well selected supermarket is close by, too. There are plenty of restaurants covering any dish you wish for. Bth rooms are reduced to the essentials. There is a cozy bed, a desk/table, a closet for clothes, some hooks to hang your towel and books to avoid boredom. One room is oriented towards the inner courtyard, the other one towards the streets, tho no cars are audible. That makes it quiet and relaxing. In very silent moments (during the evening) you can listen to the noise of Isar's rush. There is a big window making both rooms bright and welcoming. Right in front of the guest room (the other one is the one i normally live in) is the balcony, where you're welcome to hang out. (I call it garden due to the many plants living there) The guests have access to every room. There are two bedrooms, one bathroom, a storage room, the kitchen and a balcony towards the inner courtyard.
