My studio apartment is located in a historic, charming “Old Hollywood” building essentially in the heart of on of LA’s most famous neighborhoods. The building features a stunning courtyard garden that leads to the outdoor community space protected by a secure gate to the building entrance. There is a secure mail room and elevator in the lobby, as well as a shared laundry room with multiple washers and dryers for the tenants . My unit is easily accessible - just one flight up from the ground level with all the features you’d need for your stay. A fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances, a full bathroom, a full size bed as well as an extra blow up mattress for any guest. A Roku Tv, a/c, a ceiling fan, and a space heater for your convenience - along with other smaller items and Appliances for cooking, cleaning and or small miscellaneous things.
