Studio by the beach 🏝️

My studio is located by the beach, in a quiet area. It has a small balcony overlooking an inner courtyard. The apartment faces south, so it is always bright and sunny in the morning and during the day. The bathroom has a ceiling window — you can take a shower while looking at the blue sky. The bed is located on a mezzanine, and the ceilings are 4 meters high. This is a traditional Spanish apartment in a beach neighborhood. There is a small kitchen with a stove, fridge, and washing machine. The balcony is a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. In the area, there are cafés, restaurants, two large supermarkets, a swimming pool, and a gym. Just around the corner are Valencia’s three main beaches. A bus stop is right next to the building, and the City of Arts and Sciences is about 20 minutes away by bus. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I love living here and having my morning coffee with a sea view in my favorite café.
