My condo is in the South Beach neighborhood of Miami Beach. The entire apartment is 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, but I close off my bedroom/bathroom. You will have the space to yourself as I will be in my second home in Westchester, NY or traveling elsewhere.
During your stay you will have access to the guest bedroom, which has a full-sized bed (see picture) and a fully stocked second bathroom (with shower). The sofa in the living room has a pull-out bed (queen-sized). The apartment is on the second floor of an elevator building.
My place is a short walk to the bay where you can see amazing sunsets, shops on Lincoln Road, restaurants, Trader Joe’s, and a short bike ride to the beach.
$225 cleaning fee (waived if we’re doing a simultaneous reciprocal exchange and you also waive any cleaning fees)
