We are a small family of 3 living in a unit set back from the main road in Brunswick West. It has two bedrooms, an open kitchen/dining/living area, a bathroom with toilet, shower and separate bath, and a small laundry room. There is an outdoor courtyard with a herb garden and just enough lawn to sit on and enjoy the sun, which it gets a lot of!
We don't like relying on cars to get around, so we purposely chose to live somewhere bikeable/walkable/public transportable. However, we do have a car for ocassional use and we are open to swaps.
We have an indoor-only cat who is a big sweetheart and used to cat sitters. His care only requires feeding and scooping his litter once/day, about 10 minutes' work maximum. And of course as many pets as you're willing to give!
