Además tiene una coqueta terraza de 6 metros, y un gran salón comedor. También tiene una amplia cocina totalmente equipada, lavadero con lavadora y secadora y cuenta con plaza de garaje. Además, la urbanización tiene gimnasio, pista de pádel y piscina exterior, abierta de julio a septiembre.
Es una casa de no fumadores y un residencial muy tranquilo. Tiene conserjería diurna y vigilancia nocturna y en fin de semana.
