Welcome to our bright and comfortable 3-bedroom apartment in Valencia, perfect for up to 6 guests. It’s a relaxed, well-loved home designed for both everyday living and longer stays. The apartment features three bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed — ideal for families, couples travelling together, or remote workers who appreciate extra space. There is one full bathroom with a shower. The living area is cosy and practical, with a TV and plenty of space to unwind after a day exploring the city. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine — everything you need to cook at home. There’s also a washing machine, making longer stays easy and convenient. 📍 Location We’re located in the Malilla district, just a 10-minute walk from Parque Central and close to the vibrant neighbourhood of Ruzafa. It’s a great balance between local residential life and easy access to some of Valencia’s best cafés, restaurants and green spaces. Valencia is one of Spain’s most liveable cities, known for its beaches, fantastic food scene and beautiful old town.
