Welcome to my bright, spacious Prenzlauer Berg home — a place that has felt both calm and buzzing with life for the past 5 years to me. The apartment is in the first floor and stretches out generously (75m²), giving you room to work, cook, unwind, relax and come back to whenever Berlin days get too crazy or busy.
There are two bedrooms.
One is set up with a comfy bed, big closet, and a desk with a monitor, with view to the street and with direct sunlight.
The second doubles as a cozy living room — bed room. So you’ll have a bed, a couch, a TV, and a big table that can also be used to work. This room also has direct sunlight.
The kitchen is fully equipped for anyone who enjoys cooking. Besides the usual essentials, you’ll find an oven, dishwasher, sandwich maker, waffle maker, air fryer, SodaStream, milk frother — basically everything you need to either do quick easy meals or go overboard with a dinner party.
The bathroom is super spacious, with both a shower and a separate bathtub. The washing machine is also set up in the bathroom.
Sunlight pours into the rooms throughout the day, keeping everything bright and cheerful. The kitchen looks out onto the building’s inner courtyard — quiet, green.
There is fast, reliable internet that doesn’t flinch, even on video‑call‑heavy days.
And as a nice plus, there is a robot vacuum/mop.
The location is great. You’re right between Winsviertel and Bötzowviertel, two of the most charming corners of Prenzlauer Berg. Two beautiful parks are just a short walk away, and everything you could possibly need — supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, bars, convenience stores (long opening hours), banks — is within easy reach. Two tram lines stop right outside the door, and the S‑Bahn is a 10‑minute walk away. One of the trams takes you directly within 15 minutes to the city center (Mitte), where you’ll have connections to the whole of Berlin.
I am a plant lover and so there are several plants around the house. It would be greatly appreciated if the plants are watered once a week to keep a cosy and nice atmosphere (:
The neighbours are kind, the area is lively but not chaotic, and the apartment itself is simply a lovely place to land.
Keep in mind that Berlin is a big busy city. With direct access to the street, it can get noisy.
If you’re looking for a spacious, cozy, well located apartment in Berlin, the pictures speak for themselves - you’ve found it!!!
