There’s a lovely outdoor entertaining area with BBQ for relaxed evenings, as well as two additional grassed yard spaces to unwind. Inside, the home is warm and inviting, with a fireplace to keep you cosy in winter and ceiling fans to stay cool during summer. It’s an easy, comfortable space designed for relaxed living. We’re located in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood within walking distance to buses and a local shopping complex with Coles supermarket. There’s also a gym just a one-minute walk from the house. The beaches are only 3km away, with many to choose from — peaceful quiet beaches, great surf beaches, plus nearby cafes, markets, a cinema and beautiful nature walks. Small dogs are welcome (we just ask that pups are kept out of carpeted and bedroom areas).
