We have a charming three bedroom one bathroom home with a verdant sunny backyard garden and super comfy living room and sunroom. 5 min walk to Sunny Cove beach and Santa Marias beach and many cute local restaurants and shops. Close to some of the best surfing and beaches around and beautiful hikes in the redwood rainforest. Make yourself at home in our spacious kitchen, relax on our big couch. Your pets and kids are welcome! Laidback and homey atmosphere. Safe neighborhood. Two bedrooms will be available, use one or both. One is wood paneled and a bit larger with a queen bed, the other smaller bedroom also has a queen bed. There is a subletter in the third bedroom currently. He is in his 20’s and works full time at Trader Joe’s and is very sweet and respectful. If you would prefer the house all to yourself please reach out and inquire about that possibility in the near future.
