Brand new , Modern and bright apartment in Playa, 7 minutes’ walk from the beach Welcome to our bright and stylish apartment in Playa, a peaceful home with lots of natural light, beautiful open views of greenery and hills, and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The apartment is modern, elegant, and designed for a very comfortable stay. It features a spacious open-plan living and dining area, a sunny balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and a washing machine. The apartment is part of a residential complex with a shared swimming pool, which makes it perfect for a relaxing holiday. There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with a single bed. However, as hosts, we prefer to welcome no more than four guests so that the apartment remains spacious and comfortable for everyone. The location is also a big plus: the sea and the main central beach are only a 7-minute walk away!
