It’s located in north-west Milan, just a short walk from Isola and Scalo Farini, on a quiet one-way street with a beautiful park right in front—so you get calm, light, and greenery while staying close to the city’s energy. Inside you’ll find 115 m² of bright, modern space: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite), a handy storage room with laundry, and a spacious open-plan living + kitchen area. The home also has two balconies, plus a private garage box and cellar for extra convenience. The real jewel is upstairs: a 90 m² private rooftop terrace. It’s not fully furnished yet, but the potential is huge—imagine a pergola, a BBQ, a big table for summer dinners, and even a sauna corner (project coming soon!). I live here part-time and love how easy it is to get around: Porta Nuova or Centrale/Repubblica are about 10 minutes away by metro, and you can reach Malpensa in roughly 20 minutes thanks to the direct train connection nearby (Bovisa Station). The nearest Metro / sub station is Dergano or Maciachini. A perfect Milan swap if you want a stylish home base with rare outdoor space, tranquility, and top connectivity. House rules & suitability: Best for up to 4 guests. No parties and no smoking. No pets and not suitable for children.
