The apartment features 115 m² of bright, modern living space, including 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite), a convenient storage/laundry room, and a spacious open-plan living and kitchen area. There are also two balconies and air conditioning throughout. The real highlight is upstairs: a stunning 90 m² private rooftop terrace. It’s not fully furnished yet, but the potential is huge—imagine a pergola, a BBQ, a large table for summer dinners, and even a sauna corner (coming soon!). I live here part-time with my wife Silvia (we often travel for few months), and we love how easy it is to get around.
