House with 4 flats, we let out three in the house and want to swap the apartment we live in. Fully equipped. Super safe, even at night. Quiet streets around. We work from home ursually. One space to work from under the beam is a bit small so made for a small person. But kitchen table can be used instead. New aircon, garden and hallway recently renovated. 3 min walk to tram or train and a couple of buses. Public transport in world class. Parking easy and without fees on the street. Prague is an amazing place to be, whatever you like to do I’m sure you find it here. Hostivař beach (only beach in Prague) at walking distance and it’s situated in a nature preserve. Well behaved dog fits in. No other pets allowed. We prefer non smokers.
