The building is quiet, and the neighbours are friendly and respectful, so I'm looking for someone who enjoys the same vibe - no party people, please :) Neighbourhood: The apartment is located Prenzlauer Berg (Metro S Prenzlauer Allee), one of Berlin’s most beloved and vibrant neighborhoods. The apartment is tucked away in a quiet side street while being just steps from the area’s many independent cafés, restaurants, and shops. The apartment is a classic Berlin Altbau with floorboards, stucco, and high ceilings. With the S-Bahn you can get around Berlin at any time of the day or night and the tram M2 takes you to Alexanderplatz in 13 minutes. Otherwise, everything you need to be happy is here - nice cafes and bars are around the corner, Mauerpark and Volkspark are also not far away and numerous shopping opportunities (from Lidl to organic supermarkets) are close by.
