Big flat a super central location in Berlin. Direct access to sbahn, 7min walk to Ubahn. 3rd floor, no elevator but super nice view from sunny balcony. Pets super welcome, I have a dog myself who's traveling with me:)
If you wanna experience Berlin, this is the place to be, you can get pretty much everywhere in 10-20 minutes with public transport. Or just walk 3min and you are in the middle of Schöneberg:) Even though the flat is so central it's quiet and the next park is just a street corner away.
I have a desk for computer work with a monitor & super nice office chair in the living room. WiFi is Telekom, so super reliable and fast:)
You can also work in the bedroom, I use it for arts, crafts, drawing, pottery and creative work in general, it's a big desk with lots of light.
