SITUATION A beautiful, charming apartment with lovely hardwood floors, plenty of space, and plenty of natural light all day long. The private garden lets you enjoy the outdoors, have barbecues with a beautiful view of Fribourg's Cathedral, and watch sunsets. The bus stop is a 30-second walk away and provides access to the city (5 minutes away) as well as the mountains (20 minutes away). Just a few steps from the apartment is the lower town of Fribourg, a charming area filled with small terraces and local shops. APPARTEMENT The apartment has 4.5 rooms. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a half-bath, and a bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a spacious and cozy living room with a TV and a dining room that opens onto the outdoors. There are also two bedrooms: one with a very comfortable King size bed, and a smaller bedroom with a sofa bed but still confortable for two. ACCESS Access to the apartment is via stairs, so it is not very accessible for people with limited mobility. Check-in can be done independently.
