Logistics & Pets: Seasonal lawn care and professional winter snow plowing for the driveway can be easily arranged based on final terms. Well-behaved pets are negotiable on a case-by-case basis. What I am Looking For I am a single professional/academic looking for a seamless, mutually respectful arrangement for the Fall Semester (~August 29 – December 19) while I spend the season in New York City. I am seeking a comfortable, clean 1-bedroom (or more) space in NYC (Manhattan preferred, but Brooklyn is also an option). My Missoula home is a perfect fit for a solo occupant or a couple, and its three-bedroom layout also accommodates a family or occasional weekend guests.
