Welcome to our family home in the beautiful countryside of Northern Czechia. Our modern house is located in the small village of Svojkov, surrounded by forests, sandstone rocks, and peaceful nature. It is the perfect place for families looking for a relaxing holiday away from crowded tourist areas while still having plenty of opportunities for adventure. The house offers a spacious terrace, a large garden, and comfortable living spaces designed with families in mind. We have two young children ourselves, so the home is well suited for families with kids. The area is famous for its stunning rock formations, hiking trails, cycling routes, castles, and natural swimming spots. Popular destinations such as Bohemian Switzerland National Park, the Lusatian Mountains, and many charming Czech towns are within easy reach. Despite the peaceful countryside setting, Prague is only a 90-minute drive away, making it easy to enjoy a day trip to one of Europe’s most beautiful capitals before returning to the tranquility of nature. You can enjoy peaceful mornings with birdsong, beautiful sunsets, and a true connection with nature while still being close to shops, restaurants, and all necessary amenities.
