Country villa with stunning views and tranquilly

HOur home is opposite the Unesco Majella National Park, we are 530M above sea level, just outside the town of Palmobaro. The mountains are at the front of the house, with valleys, hilltop towns and the sea in the distance at the rear of the house. We are surrounded by greenery and have a woodland behind our garden. It's a perfect place for creativity, nature and peace. We are a 25 minute walk to town, with a market town, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants within 15 minutes drive. In Palombaro town there are 2 bars/cafes, 2 restaurants, a butchers, a well stocked grocers, and a post office with a cash point. You have plenty of beautiful towns within 30 minutes to explore. We highly recommend a car to get about. The coast is about 35 mins drive away. Although it's a 2 bedroom house, our bedroom will be closed off to hold our personal belongings. You will have access to the double guest bedroom both bathrooms. There is an office with a desk facing large window with fabulous views. And a comfy sofa. 24"monitor. Fibre high speed WiFi, which is available on both the front and back terraces, the living room and the kitchen. Italian country kitchen with large walk out 1st floor terrace. Again stunning views. We are in the midst of doing some light renovations and maintenance Looking to start swaps in 2027. There is outdoor dining table and chairs as well as garden seating. We also have 2 loving mediums sized dogs, Iggy and Leela, love other dogs, so depending depending on the house swap we will either take them with us or leave them in your care.
