My home is a blessing located close to the city center, tucked away from the main streets, being able to hear the birds sing while doing a barbecue on the big terrace or enjoying an awesome book in the sun bed...even if you choose to put it in the shade. The neighbours are a nice journalist with an artist daughter, a medical doctor & two young couples. Once stepping outside the courtyard you can hear the city noise with traffic, ambulances or police cars getting away....step back inside and you can hear the silence & bliss. There is a built in grill on the main terrace and a smaller gas grill. We own a small tally dog, but our home is very clean. 30 minutes away (by car or public transport), from the airport and 20 minutes away from the railroad station (by car or public transport).
