Calgary is best known for being only a 1 hour drive to the Rocky Mountains, the Calgary Stampede, and being the sunniest city in Canada! The unit includes a washing machine, private balcony, and a large pullout couch that can sleep two people. The bedroom has a double bed, two nightstands, and large closet space. Tons of storage areas around the unit, including a large closet by the front door for jackets and shoes. In addition to a full kitchen, there's also an air fryer, instant pot, and breadmaker that visitors are welcome to use. There is one parking stall included. While there is no built-in air conditioning in the building, there is a small portable air conditioner in the closet. In the basement of the building, there is also a gym and (paid) laundry if you want to use a dryer, otherwise, there is a drying rack in the unit.
