Quiet, high-quality flat near the city, green area

Our home is located in a peaceful, green neighbourhood, offering a quiet place to relax while still being very close to the city centre. With the metro, buses and trams nearby, getting around the city is quick and easy. The flat is on the ground floor and has a small private garden — perfect for a morning coffee, a quiet evening outside, or simply enjoying some fresh air. Inside, you’ll find a spacious living room with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom with a large, comfortable bed, and a dedicated home office with two desks, a large monitor and ergonomic chairs — ideal for remote work. We have two bathrooms, each with its own character. The first has a shower, while the second is a little hidden gem: accessed directly from the bedroom through what looks like a wardrobe door. Behind it, you’ll find a private bathroom with a bathtub, designed in a soft, feminine style. It’s a cosy and slightly unexpected space, perfect for a long, relaxing bath. One of the things we love most about living here is the neighbourhood. Just a one-minute walk from our front door, you’ll find green parks with small ponds and plenty of space to walk and unwind. And only about five minutes further, there are open fields — yes, actual fields right in the middle of the city! This makes the area especially great for long walks, whether you’re travelling with children or dogs. At the same time, everything you need is close by. There are cafés and restaurants around the neighbourhood, a local grocery shop just one minute away, and a large supermarket within a three-minute walk. During your stay, you’ll have the entire flat to yourselves. We’ll make space for your belongings in selected wardrobes and storage areas, so you can settle in comfortably rather than feel like you’re simply staying among someone else’s things. The flat will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, with fresh bed linen and clean towels ready for you. Two bikes will also be available for you to use. Our car may be available as well, depending on the exchange arrangements — if we’re exchanging homes and your car is available to us, then ours can potentially stay here for you too. Otherwise, we may need it to travel to your place. :) When you arrive, one of our neighbours will welcome you, show you around the flat, explain how everything works, and answer any questions you may have. This way, you’ll have someone nearby who knows the home and can help you get settled. Our flat is very well cared for, and we put a lot of effort into keeping it clean, comfortable and in excellent condition. We treat other people’s homes with the same care and respect, and we kindly expect the same in return.
